Nice weather for a site visit

This morning we’ve been to inspect the work on of our projects we have on site. This project on Lawrence Road, Wavertree, Liverpool sees this former derelict building reborn to form a 7 double bedroom student house (HMO). Extensive building work has been required as the building had very little structure left to the upper floors and roof after being neglected for several years, if not decades. A new dormer extension to the rear provides an additional two rooms in the roofspace. The scheme is nearing completion for the summer letting period and due to the high level of design, the quality of the fixtures and finishes we are sure this property will be let easily.

SNOW Architects approach to being sustainable is a sensible, minimal and proactive one, being able to provide sustainability to our projects and reusing of this type of building has meant the Client now has been able to be provided with a highly insulated shell to reduce running costs whilst converting the numerous derelict buildings in the area. Future schemes will include solar panels and rainwater harvesting. This project is one of several we have in the area providing similar accommodation.

If you know of any property owners or investors buying this type of property then please ask them to take a look at our website
